Fr. George will be at St. Luke’s in Dixon on Thursday 21 January for a 5:30 mass followed by supper, a presentation and time for discussion.

Our Sunday worship is the celebration of the Holy Eucharist, also called the Mass. During this service, we gather together to hear God’s Word in Holy Scripture, to pray together, and to celebrate the Liturgy of the Lord’s Supper, or Holy Communion. Our liturgy is a modern expression of the worship that Christians have been offering to God since the beginning of the Church. It blends together elements of timeless Christian worship, rooted in our rich Anglican Heritage, and the current worship of the Church throughout the world. In our worship, we give thanks to God for delivering us from our sins, and restoring us to fullness of life in Jesus Christ, and we are nourished and given strength by God for the continuation of our pilgrim mission.
During the week, we celebrate the Eucharist together, and gather to pray every day, please check our service times and join us if you are able. Your presence will enrich our worship.
Through our worship together, we are made into One Body in Christ, and like any body we have many different members, each performing essential functions. We celebrate that God has called together people from diverse backgrounds and lives to worship together, and we recognize that our diversity is a gift from God, given to enrich our life together. We welcome people from all backgrounds and walks of life to join us in our celebration.
